About me
In addition to being a BACP registered therapist, I am a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol and the Rest and Restore Protocol programmes. I am also a member of the Complex Trauma Institute.
I have a thriving, energetic practice and work with individuals, couples and families around the world.

I trained as a therapist in 2010 and have had eight years personal Core Process Psychotherapy and two years Gestalt Psychotherapy. In addition, I have attended two years of group therapy work.

I have worked with clients with trauma, anxiety and depression and spent two years working with women suffering from birth and medicalised trauma. I have also worked with people who have experienced developmental, chronic and acute trauma often resulting in C/PTSD.
I have supported people with neuro-diverse differences, sensitivities and long term health problems since 2020.

In 2023 I was awarded a Scholarship for a Certificate in Somatic Trauma Therapy in the USA for my work with Long Covid clients studying with Peter Levine amongst others.
I an now enhancing my training in working towards a Certificate in Complex Trauma in 2026.

I have a love of all things health and travel and have a passion for music. I love the visceral sounds of the Sex Pistols, the Velvet Underground and the Clash and the soothing lull of Bob Dylan, Big Star and Joni Mitchell. I have slept on the floor of the Ghan whilst traveling across Australia, managed a hostel in New Zealand and worked on a cattle farm in Canada. I travel whenever time and life allows and the next stop is Norway.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked extensively in management in the NHS and the charitable sector and had a very successful business rubbing feet as a Reflexologist.
After years of not feeling sporty, I started running at 43. and started Cross fit at 51. I adore food, still want to enter Masterchef and still try to love and connect amongst all the fear of the human condition.
